Refund Policy for Hardwood Floor Refinishing Services

At Tykoon Wood Floors, we strive to provide exceptional service and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of hardwood floor refinishing services, refunds are subject to the following terms:

  1. Service Deposits:

    • All deposits made to schedule hardwood floor refinishing services are non-refundable unless Tykoon Wood Floors is unable to fulfill the agreed-upon service.
    • Deposits are required to secure your appointment and cover initial planning and preparation. 
  2. Cancellation Policy:

    • Customers must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
    • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
    • If Tykoon Wood Floors cancels the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund of the deposit.
  3. Satisfaction Guarantee:

    • We are committed to delivering high-quality refinishing services. If you are dissatisfied with the workmanship, please notify us within 7 days of service completion.
    • We will assess the issue and, if deemed valid, provide a resolution, which may include touch-ups or corrections. Refunds for completed work are not available.
